Hello! I'm a passionate physicist dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of radiation oncology.


Not only do I work hands-on as a medical physicist, ensuring the highest quality in patient care, but I also build implmentations of several AI models. My focus revolves around developing user-friendly and automatic radiation therapy solutions, aiming to Standardized Protocols and Increase Quality in Radiation Therapy.

- Performed 15 Monthly and 2 Annual QA sessions as per TG-198 & TG-51.
- Familiar with TG-51 Output Calibration, TG-142 Linac QA Calibration.
- Familiarity with AlignRT, TotalQA, PTW chambers, MP1 Water Tanks, PTW Tandem, Starcheck Maxii, Catphan, PTW Mephysto, and ImageOwl.

2. Importing, Contouring & Patient-Specific QA

- Measured patient-specific IMRT QA with PTW Octavius 4D 1500 system and VeriSoft for SBRT/SRS, conventional VMAT & IMRT on TrueBeam.
- Participated in importing, contouring, and 4D fusions for treatment.
- Created verification plans with Eclipse, Velocity, ARIA.

3. GammaKnife SRS & Small Field Dosimetry

- Participated in Daily, Monthly & Annual Elekta Gamma-Knife Icon QA under Emel Calugaru including CBCT calibration, film measurements, and small field dosimetry using TRS 483 & TG-155 guidelines.
- Responsible for SRS data in RedCap GammaKnife, observed SRS physics checks, weekly chart checks, and planning of functional and metastatic disease sites with GammaPlan.

4. HDR

- Observed HDR Planning and Delivery with Varian GammaMedplus iX afterloaders and BrachyVision software, participated in daily QA and prostate planning.

5. Planning & Treatment Directive Database

- Made 60 RapidArc Prostate VMAT plans as part of a research project and presented in AAPM & ASTRO.
- Introduced to 3D CRT and SRS planning in Eclipse as well as GammaPlan.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Treatment Directive Database and updates as per Institutional Directive Committee for all disease sites.

Administration Assistant - Radiation Medicine

1. Frontend

Full Stack Lead Developer to develop an Admin Panel and User Panel to store the Directive Templates and order Radiation Oncology Prescriptions for physicians to physicists and planners.
Built GUI using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS & ShadCN to have a centralized uniform interface for easy access and ordering prescriptions across institutions.
Standardized structure naming conventions, Special Physics Consults, Dose Constraints, Daily kV, Image Fusion series with the Institutional Directive Committee.

2. Backend

Designed User Panel with Figma, deployed a PostgreSQL relational Database to hold the directive and prescription data and user-specific elevated access.
Wrote Node.js and Python APIs for ARIA Oncology Information Service and ARIA Access to integrate with Varian DataWarehouse to upload the finalized directive for each patient, built API testing guides with Postman and CI/CD pipeline from GitHub.
Setup LAN server, executed data import/export interfaces for ARIA & Mosaiq EMR/OIS systems, optimizing data flow and integration.

Building a White Box Neural Network Model integrating LBTE as a loss function following Explainable AI (XAI) principles. This improves planning accuracy for Head and Neck and Lung Cancer, enabling real-time inference for adaptive therapy.
